Is it ok to use this in a facial moisturizer?
I'd like to ask you for advice. I'd like to make my own moisturizer using propolis because it does wonders to the skin (being antifungal & antibacterial). However, it contains only 10 % of propolis, the rest is alcohol. Could i still use it and how many drops? thanx a lot
If a lot of it is made up of alcohol then I wouldn't use too much, as it will dry your skin out and possibly cause irritation. It should work well when using a small amount, less is more with these things. Trial and error is always good. Try a few drops and see how you go. You can always add more drops if needed, but you can't take them back out!
