What is the difference between Ethiopian, Indian and Malaysian Remy hair?

I have seen where these different types are offered. I understand what Remy hair is but I am wondering what is the difference in the Ethiopian, Indian and Malaysian hair and which is the best.
Ethiopian hair- Is thick, soft and curly. the texture is rather thick and soft I'm not speaking for all Ethiopian people because some have hard to manage hair that is short (such as myself) and some have beautiful long hair.The color is really unique like strikes of purple can appear in Ethiopian hair
For the rest I'm speaking just from what I seen so I apologize if incorrect:
Malaysian hair- Straight and smooth
Remy Indian hair-is really soft and silky
