Is there an eyeshadow that is frosty that will mix or cover matte eyeshadow to make it look more frosty or shimmery? Anything from Mac or a drugstore would be helpfull!

MAC Vanilla Pigment is fabulous for this. It's a great pigment because you can layer on to use it as a solid shimmery white colour, or use it lightly to highlight another colour, by placing it overtop of the colour (what you're interested in doing).
This is a great pigment, can't tell you how much I love it! I've gone through one entire pigment of it already.

i TOTALLY AGREEE!!!! I love all pigments from mac... you just have to use it as a base and then apply your matte shadow and have a really good blending brush!!

use a base, apply your matte eyeshadow, then use a blending brush such as the 224 brush from MAC and lightly brush on some MAC pigment.

try target. or maybe an avon or ulta store. maybe the cosmetics center in the mall will probably have some too. I hope this helped. =D

A good but inexpensive matte eyeshadow?

Mkay so I'm sick and tired of my sparkly eyeshadows. I want a matte one. I like neutral and brown colors. What brand makes a really good matte eyeshadow that won't crease or fade?
No MAC or anything expensive please!
NYX eyeshadows are cheaper and almost comparable to MAC! They are highly pigmented, blend well and they come in many colors (including neutral ones you want). You can find them even cheaper on cherryculture.com.
They are about $3 per eye shadow and they even have trio sets that come in 3 colors for about $5. Sometimes they also sell them at Big Lots.
Covergirl and Revlon also make great eyeshadow sets. You can find those anywhere (drug stores, target, etc)
Coastal scents has a neutral palette for 21.95 and the colors are highly-pigmented and high quality! (Shipping costs a lot though :/)

I have brown eyes. Black and brown mascara. Copper eyeliner, and Black eyeliner. What different combinations can I do. Where do I put the eyeshadow. ( I have white eyshadow to and light pink)
Here's a great way to have your eye really stand out:
Apply some of your black eyeliner on the top small bit on bottom (or none at all). Then apply your white eyeshadow in the corner of your eye and just below the eyebrows. Now take your light pink and sweep it on the entire eye brow to eyelashes. Now take your lavender and put on half of your lid up to the crease and then put a little on the bottom of your eye. Then take your silver and do the other half and blend with lavander and then put the rest on the bottom and blend with lavander. Then curl your lashes and put on lots of black mascara.

What popular brand in drugstores would you recommand? Which brand is currently salling a beautiful matte, light purple shade? A really dry, matte texture.
L'Oreal has a couple great powder purple eyeshadows. I'm sorry I can't remember the names.

Wore to the awards Conventions. I absolutely loved her whole look, even though I was lose disappointed that she didnt present itself in blue. The arrange she wore was a well done color and very artistic. As far as makeup, she stuck with the exemplary smokey eye and sleek nude lip.
To get Zoe Saldana's look:
-Refer a shadow sorry all over your eye and set it with an oil absorbing pull all over your face.
-Appeal a matte taupe bosom pal all over your eye lid up to your brow
-Appertain a matte brown midtone trail from just above your crease down to your cat-o'-nine-tails line. Up it out into a cat eye shape by using a mass as a straight lead (helps convene shadow dust too).
-Bid a matte black or dim brown matte eyeshadow from your secure line up to your crease. Intermingle all the eye shadows.
-Interview a black solvent liner on your whip line and drain off your eyes with some diabolical mascara.
-Rub in a clear lipgloss and rose matte be to the apple of your cheeks.
